The strengths of our home are the large garden and the spacious outdoor patio, furnished with a dining table and comfortable armchairs. Thanks to the glass walls, the patio can be enjoyed in every season: perfect for a summer breakfast outdoors or for relaxing in a cozy atmosphere during winter.

The house offers 100 square meters of interior space, which include a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, and TV. It also features two spacious double bedrooms and a large, comfortable bathroom, designed to ensure maximum relaxation for all guests.

Our house is conveniently located in the area: the nearest supermarket is 3 km away, a self-service laundry is 4 km away, and the closest beach on Lake Garda is just a 15-minute drive. In addition, within 15 minutes by car you can reach the Brescia metro station in Sant’Eufemia, which is very convenient for visiting the city at ease. A large shopping mall is also located 13 km away, perfect for a shopping trip.

How to reach us

Our home is located in the peaceful village of San Vito di Bedizzole, a charming town in the province of Brescia, right in the beautiful Lake Garda area.

By car

From Milan (about 1 hour and 30 minutes):
Take the A4 highway toward Venice.
Exit at Desenzano del Garda.
Continue on SS572 toward Bedizzole.
Once in Bedizzole, follow the signs to San Vito di Bedizzole.

From Verona (about 45 minutes):
Take the A4 highway toward Milan.
Exit at Desenzano del Garda.
Continue on SS572 toward Bedizzole.
Once in Bedizzole, follow the signs to San Vito di Bedizzole.

By train

The nearest train station is Desenzano del Garda.
From Desenzano, you can take a taxi or a bus to reach San Vito di Bedizzole (about 10–15 minutes travel time).

By plane

Verona Airport (Valerio Catullo): Approximately 30 km away. From the airport, you can take a taxi or rent a car.
Orio al Serio Airport (Bergamo): Approximately 90 km away. You can reach Bedizzole by car in about 1 hour.

Public transport

Bus: San Vito di Bedizzole is well connected to the rest of the province through the local bus network.
You can take a bus from Desenzano del Garda or other nearby towns.
